Urgently Hiring for Job Position- LEGAL ASSOCIATE What we look for: People with experience in signing up new clients as well as connecting and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves limited supervision, and compensation is a function of your ability to engage new clients and then retain them through our legal and financial services. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Business Development and Signing up New Clients You will be given contact details of potential clients who have expressed interest through detailed forms with all relevant details. You will need to negotiate an engagement letter and sign up the potential clients. You will be provided proper training of the Company's platform and products, which can be used to convince clients abut our legal and financial advisory services. 2. The Truffle Pig. There's a lot of recruitment, particularly contingent recruitment in the legal sector, that I call "fastest finger first" recruitment. It can be tedious. It rewards speed. A good example would be finding lev fin NQs for that US law firm. It's the same role, twice a year, every year, since we all can remember.. most legal recruiters have filled it at least once in their lives. The type of recruitment I most enjoy is being the Truffle Pig. Finding the role that's not yet on the market, getting that candidate that's hard to reach, pushing the boundaries a little, taking the occasional wrist slap. Recruitment is supposed to be about kicking down doors, and being audacious, not just shuffling CVs.. Mind you, shuffling NQ CVs is great business - and a truffle pig spends a lot of time with their nose in the dirt. This time it's not only limited to Indian market options trading, but also global trading. And those looking out to work on percentage, I may be able to accommodate. But prefer not to. Registering in the USA (Wyoming) as a corporate office as well as in India and one more country. Would take place after February 2025. Option trading chain analysis tools are getting ready soon. If there are several qualified candidates finalized then apart from a few selected people, the rest have to either be on bench or trade on their capital at the office. And according to the performance, we will allocate desks. Remember one thing that, we are building a trading community. There would be more exposure, because we are in the middle of building another team near North America. Non trading people may also join, but at the later part. Some how certainly, I able identify who are those "4 log" from my last Post. I received an numbers of DMs and after reading all comments, I can conclude that (with addition to my personal experience):- 1. Learn to say 'NO'- stop accepting every offer given by the companies. Job ki koi kami nahi hai Market Mai, that is why Set Your own benchmark. Don't compromise. With my own experience I can state that today or after a few day you will end up by reaching your target. 2. I humbly request to all my professional member whether it's CA/CS/CMA. Stop offering name lending- I understand many time it's there situation to do so but instead of offering them name lending help them by providing work from home option. 3. Make good research on the industry you want to work with, afterwards apply for the interview. This will help the HR to mark your CV on prior basis. And Always Cross question with the HR about the Company and how it work etc. Stay Confident. 4. Enhance Your degree with other certification course. It's unfortunate to say that but this is the hard fact. On my previous interview HR asked if i can handle account department as well. Hope you all understand what I mean.
