Rick Rule's opinion on mining exploration is that the sector is well overdue for a correction to the upside (around the 14 minute mark of the video). I personally agree. I encourage viewing the entire video. Patience in our sector is getting quite thin. Hang on awhile longer and we should see that shift back to investment in the mining exploration space. Without us, the future holds shortages in many crucial commodities. Both industrial and monetary. The current tech, AI and EV cash sponges will at some point in time see that the very commodities that support their industries, will become in extreme short supply due to the lack of funding for new exploration and upcoming mines. In 2023, the country produced 310 tons of gold. But this is not the highest figure for last year. Gold is trading at record against the Australian dollar. Gold has already been trading at highs against the Japanese yen and Chinese yuan. Many analysts believe that it could be on its way to all-time highs. John Reade, Chief Market Strategist at the World Gold Council, and Joseph Cavatoni, a North American market strategist, believe that this news indicates that global demand for gold remains healthy.
