In this episode I share how the conference in Colorado went. It was amazing! Colorado runs a great conference, and this was their best turn out ever! We had two hours to discuss posture, and I think we opened some minds. I also share that we were waitlisted for the AOTA conference in 2025. I'm bummed but it's ok. This awareness enables teams to optimize performance by aligning tasks with strengths and interests. 🤝 Conflict resolution isn't about who's right but what's right. Mastering conflict involves focusing on solutions and fostering a collaborative environment where every voice is valued. 💬 Decision-making in teams requires trust and transparency.
