Just a thought It's understandable that long-term employees might feel demoralized when they see new hires getting higher raises or promotions. Companies often want to attract new talent with very competitive and lucrative offers, but on the other side it's also important to recognize and reward the loyalty and contributions of existing employees to maintain morale and retention who are with the esteemed organisation from a long period and providing services.
