The "Better Together" report focused on building inclusive teams between agencies and clients is now live. This is a big moment for the communications and marketing industry and I am excited to have worked with teams across our field to further these important dialogues. Consumer Insight: When you invite a consumer to your event, there’s much to consider beyond just how to get them there. May I recommend including an experienced consumer in your planning if you are truly keen on incorporating consumer opinions? The consumer-led events I have attended, run by Metro South Consumer Partnering, have been exemplary. In my opinion, when the Metro South Consumer Partnering team is involved, I can relax and don’t need to advocate for myself at the event, as my needs are considered for me.
