After 7 years of serving as CXO, Little Spoon’s co-founder Michelle Muller is stepping away from her role with the company. From day one, Michelle has been an advocate for unmatched empathetic support to our customers and championing a family first approach both customer-facing and within the Little Spoon organization. Michelle also established Little Spoon’s hybrid, part-time customer support team, enabling flexibility for parents re-entering the workforce. We’ll remain grateful for Michelle’s advocacy on behalf of our Little Spoon community. Together, we have moved closer to our vision of establishing the future of kid’s food for parents across the country. We look forward to watching Michelle shine in her next chapter.

Mothers inspire their children to be their best. Today, I am reminded of the best advice that I received from my mother. My Mother would say to me when I was having difficulty in achieving a goal, “Luck comes to those who are prepared.” It was her way of saying success is earned through your efforts, not by chance. What is the best advice you received from your mother? Please share as a comment. #Mom #Gratitude #Mentoring #Leaders Longview Leader Corporation
Today is Mother’s Day in many countries around the globe. We honor our mothers on this day with flowers and gifts to show our appreciation for everything they do for us throughout the year. At Longview Leader Corporation, we wanted to express our gratitude for our mothers because of how their love and support have shaped our capacity to achieve and demonstrate empathy. We share these wishes with our employees. clients, friends of the firm, and families. Happy Mother’s Day to All Every Day! #RiskManagement #Family #MothersDay #LongviewLeader Valerie Nielsen

📊Data Storytelling Strategist 📚 Author 🚀Emerging Tech Influencer⚖️ABA Women in Legal Tech 2023 Honoree💪🏽NH 2024 most influential business leaders🎙Tedx Speaker🗣 Inclusion advocate🎤Keynote Speaker
🗣The truth about advocacy work…...here is what you need to know...... 💪🏽I take great pride in being an advocate because advocacy is a powerful catalyst for igniting the change I want to see in the world. 🗣 Instead of just complaining, being an advocate means speaking up, taking action, and championing causes that deeply matter to me. 😞But advocacy work isn’t always easy—it can lead to burnout, causing emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion. 😞 I've experienced those moments of overwhelming stress, frustration, and helplessness. 📊Coming from a corporate culture driven by metrics, outcomes, and quarterly targets, the pace of advocacy work can feel slow since change is often incremental and takes time. 📌I’m learning to be patient, to keep pushing forward even when it feels like progress isn’t happening. 🗣That’s why feedback from the people I help is so important. Just last week, I ran into two people that I’ve supported, and hearing their positive feedback about the impact I’ve made on their lives was an incredible affirmation that I am making a difference, even when I don’t always realize it. 👉🏽Here’s what else I’ve learned: Celebrate the small wins when you see positive changes, even if there's still work to be done. 👉🏽 Staying engaged and consistent is crucial. I continue to be a warrior for my causes because I believe in the broader consequences of inaction. 👉🏽I use my voice, platform, influence, and network of allies to drive improvements in systems, policies, resources, and initiatives that impact my community. 👉🏽The most important lesson I’ve learned is that I can’t do it alone. Collaboration is key—I have to pool resources and strengths with other advocates. 🙌🏽Shout out to Shawn Welsh, RBLP-T, ABCP, a veteran I met through LinkedIn, who is doing incredible advocacy work for fellow veterans. Thank you for all that you do, Shawn! 🙌🏽Take a moment to show appreciation for the advocates in your community. #Advocacy #ChangeMakers #CommunityImpact #Leadership #championforchange #communityengagement #speakup #powerofinfluence #allies #communitybuilding #motivational #inspiring

Packing and labelling in a sustainable and renewable way
During National Volunteer Month we recognize our employees’ commitment to serving and supporting the communities where they live and work with #ActsOfGood. Recently our Cincinnati employees teamed up with our longtime partner Matthew 25: Ministries to pack kits to bring cleaning and hygiene essentials like Always, Crest and Secret to people affected by natural disaster. Do you know someone you know who is making a difference in their community? We are once again partnering with Upworthy for the 2024 Acts of Good Awards to honor remarkable individuals helping their communities grow. Visit upworthy.com/actsofgood to fill out the nomination form before June 3 for a chance to support their cause. Learn more about how P&G, its brands, and partners are doing #ActsOfGood to help communities grow.
