I make your warehouse better. Moving businesses past inaccurate stock, order errors and inefficient picking & packing that is hurting their customer experience and growth plans.
The story out of the mouths of founders and operations directors tells a very different one to the frequently told on LinkedIn, where everyone is intrinsically motivated, gives a 110% in every moment & would all work for free. The realities? Trouble onboarding. Challenging temporary staff. Stock going missing. Cherry picking jobs. Not tracking statistics so bare minimums are hit. (And untracked) Unknown individual contributions. If you don’t measure it, you can’t trend it. If you can’t trend it you can’t improve it. I know we are all amazing people here on LinkedIn but some people will; Be dishonest about productivity Shield behind ‘group’ activities - errors committed by the ‘group’ Show up for the money and nothing else.
