Amarinth retains its position as an employer of choice We are absolutely delighted with the recent survey results from the bi-annual ERAS Best Employers Eastern Region (BEER) survey that have placed us once again as an employer of choice and amongst the top quartile of valued employers in our region. ERAS are specialists in the fields of psychometric products and consultancy, assessment, and development centres, and in partnership with Pure Resourcing Solutions, undertake an bi-annual survey of employees from organisations in the East of England, including Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk. The survey explores an organisation’s culture and values to identify and promote the Eastern Region’s Best Employers. Employees rate their employers in the areas of Task, People, and Organisational Values. Our participation in the survey helps us benchmark ourselves against other organisations regionally, and in our case, 100% of the feedback categories were above the scores of the other organisations that took part.
