What are the most challenging moments in preparing for Intervals there are: 1. Start of preparing for a new festival when there's a fear of a "blank slate," and we need to partially rebuild the team. 2. About 3 months before the festival when finalizing the festival program can be a challenging negotiation. 3. Of course, about 2 weeks before the festival when it seems like everything has been accounted for and prepared, but unexpected problems, loose ends, and deadline delays keep cropping up, and you have to fearlessly handle them on the spot without unnecessary emotions. (this is just a little more reflection on the past festival)
