Hey, my name is facing Fuji. I'm the Residential Services General Manager here at the city. And my role consists of overworking the amenity spaces within their city and making sure that the pristine conditions. On top of that need to organize events for our residents to build a strong and nice community with intensity. And my role has been recently elevated as well. And I'm overlooking as well at the front of house. So working closely with the front doors manager to making sure to provide support when needed. So density is not like any other site that I've been working with. So my mixture of hospitality background and residential background definitely helped me cater the needs of our residents. It's such a unique sites. One would be on top of my profile night before we open one of our meeting spaces of the Sky Bar. We organize both for an active events on the Sky Bar terrace where we have the DJ use one of our partner Lexington for the food and beverage providing drinks and and canopies and it was a good event for residents just to showcase the space for the residents and as well for residents. Get to know each other. So it was a really successful event whenever we open, when we open the events on the app for the residents. So everything was sold out in less than an hour. So quite a big success. And now for this summer, I've recently met with one resident who is the DJ as well and trying to come up with kind of a theme summer party for residents to try to build a stronger community. This would be the upcoming and trying to work on that and collaborate with residents themselves. As well. One of our multi species is the buyer lounge and it's such a great amenity and such a great offering for our residents. However, we struggling a bit with the football. So we don't have enough president coming through the space I would say or not as much as we would like to. So that's why we're constantly, constantly reviewing our menu offering what would be working best for our residents. Trying to ask them some questions and feedback, So what we'd like to see on the menu and organizing events as well is one of the way to. Push the services of our partners Lexington for the residents to. Come and enjoy your 100 bit more often.

Successful downtowns have lots of people living in them. They are neighbourhoods unto themselves. Those who travel downtown for work or are visitors are just gravy. It's good to see Windsor investing in its downtown. There was a time when it was an attractive arts and cultural hub, until there were a few decades of bad planning and community investment decisions. It can be attractive again, however, its revitalization will not just come from increased policing, but from investing in and approving more housing so that more people can live and enjoy it. https://buff.ly/4b5uIjq
