In partnership with CBRE UK, CIS Security Limited and the wider estate teams, we are working together to deliver joined-up management of the estate, ensuring the overall vision and culture for MTD Group and all stakeholders is achieved. One Crown Place is one of our more unique clients as a mixed-used development, it has a unique offering as a 24/7 destination delivering a boutique hotel, restaurant, collection of club lounges, bars, and affordable office space. With this, our team has been able to seamlessly integrate with the various other teams on site providing white-labelled residential management services. Beyond managing the day-to-day operations, we actively organise events for residents and participate in team activities within the development, fostering a strong sense of community.     We are Residential Managers for One Thames Quay at 225 Marsh Wall. Led by the Building Manager Stefania Petcu, One Thames Quay is a residential-led mixed-use tower development by Chalegrove Properties Limited. The development comprises 332 apartments with their own private balcony, including 71 on-site affordable homes overlooking the water towards Canary Wharf or Greenwich. Each apartment is equipped with triple-glazed windows to enhance the energy efficiency and sustainability of the building. With some of the most exciting amenities in London, One Thames Quay has a Duck Pin Bowling Alley, Media Room, Sky Gym and Lounge, Canopy Gardens and Terraces, Resident Lounge and Children’s Park The LRM Prime team is excited to be part of this project.
