We are looking for an Administrative and Operations Manager / Office Manager to manage our daily non-technical tasks and support our mission in making significant strides in solar energy. What you will do: - Project administrative management, including budget planning, report writing, and tracking of project payments. - Financial management and accounting in liaison with our accounting office. - Maintenance of facilities and office, ensuring an optimal working environment. - Marketing support, including updating our website, managing social media communications, and organizing events. Who you are: - A proactive, independent, and dynamic individual with a passion for innovation and making a difference. - Equipped with an academic degree or experience in business administration, management, finance, or human resources. - Proficient in the use of office tools. - Acquainted with financial management, budgeting, accounting. - Excellent communication skills in French and English; Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus. Promise. Need to stop before I offend someone 😀. We are an Electrical Contractor specialising in HV substation design and grid connection. We connect data centres and renewable developers to the grid, energise and give them power. And we are quite good at it. So much so that by 2030 we will have effectively doubled our current turnover. In that time we will also have taken on 700 new staff bringing us up to around 1500 people. And that's where you come in because we are looking for a Project Accountant to add to our Finance team. The Renewable space, especially, is growing at a rapid rate and we are riding the crest of that particular green wave. And as we all collectively work towards Net Zero/Carbon Neutral targets by 2050 we'll have a great deal many more substations to design, build and connect.
