Happy TGIF! I love when a client calls me early on Friday to celebrate their wins with adding new clients to their programs. Especially when they say, I did it exactly as we role played!!💥 Taking the time to recognize your achievements allows you the chance to pinpoint exactly what worked so that you can repeat it in the future. Taking pride in your accomplishments by celebrating them—even the small ones—can also boost your self-confidence and motivate you to achieve more. #celestegiordanocoaching #celebrateyourwins #confidence #salesmastery #servantleadership #communitybuilder #consistency #control #SalesMastery #ProperPlanning

Working with professional beauty industry manufacturers and distributors to manage Education and Loyalty programs.
I was thinking of this quote by Vidal Sassoon this morning. It's a great reminder to celebrate Small Wins, Amplify Success: Don't wait for the big milestones to celebrate. Acknowledge and appreciate the small wins along the way. It's the accumulation of these victories that propels us towards larger success. #SuccessJourney #WorkplaceInspiration #PassionAndPerseverance #professionalgrowth #professionalbeauty #educationmanagement #createsuccesstogether #savetime #savemoney

WOW! 3 years have come and gone in the blink of an eye. It feels like yesterday I jumped feet first into a role that I really didn’t know what to expect. Sure, I had been on the other end of recruiting calls and really didn’t love that part of the experience, to be honest… But, the pandemic had shifted things for me and I decided why not entertain a conversation... and I am SO grateful I did. What interested me most was my conversations with Kim, Laura, Beth, and Katelynn (among others). What they had shared they loved about their career in recruiting thus far just happened to align with a few core values important to me: ✨Connecting with people✨ ▫️ This was a large reason why I left public accounting in the first place, and something I had lost in my yoga/fitness/retail sales journey during the pandemic, and missed greatly. ✨Helping others✨ ▫️ Coming from an accounting background, this holds a special place for me in an effort to ‘match’ organizations with finance and accounting talent they can retain for years to come. From a candidate perspective, the ability to bring opportunities to the table they may not have even known about or that align with what is most important to them in their life today. ✨Emphasis on a team environment and focusing on long-term relationships (versus short-term gains)✨ ▫️ You win some, you lose some’ – one of my favorite quotes and it never feels good to ‘lose’, but with my background in teaching yoga it is an easy one to lean on when you focus on the big picture, focus on nurturing relationships, and focus on the idea that what you put out into the world will return itself to you in dividends. ▫️So for today - no job postings, no market insights, nothing to share here other than an appreciation for Truity Partners, my team, and to those I have had the good fortune to cross paths with along the way… THANK YOU for entertaining my cold calls, for laughing along with me in my voicemails, for getting honest on what's important to you, for your trust, and for so much more to come. Cheers! #gratitude #2024outlook #cheerstoanewyear

We are generally terrible at celebrating our own wins. Then, we wonder why we burn out and struggle to understand whether we're achieving results. Set a milestone, achieve it, and celebrate it with a reward. Be proud of what you've accomplished, and put in the effort to showcase what you've done. Rinse, repeat, and do it again. I write about it here: https://lnkd.in/eEexqJnA

How do you create a culture of celebrating wins? I just realized that it’s easy for us to move on really fast and not soak the joy of the moment 😅. If you have any tips for celebrating wins in a corporate space, please share 😁. Anyway, exciting times for us and for Hopewell Firm UK. We will share details in the coming days 🥂🍾🎉 #hopewellfirm #smallwins #celebration

So this company has me blocked from making comments! 1099 companies are terrible for healthcare! They do not offer their independent contractors the benefits they deserve. They deliberately misclassify these people as contractors instead of workers, just to avoid paying payroll taxes and the costs of benefits. The Labor Dept is cracking down on these companies and many facilities are being sued and viewed to be the real employer, thus requiring them to pay the back payroll taxes and benefits for these workers. In addition, if there are problems with employee performance, there is not much of an office staff to address those issues. Their credentialling processes are poor because they are not healthcare professionals who really care. When these workers have pay issues, they go through so much stress to get paid what they are due. There are SO many reasons to avoid hiring 1099 agencies! Google this matter and read the facts!
