Sometimes there is just no substitution for on-site demonstrations and hands-on training when it comes to employee safety. Safety professionals must be willing to get down in the trenches and get their hands dirty, both literally and figuratively. Additionally, do not underestimate the level of respect this will buy with the employees you are training.
