Their work is often demanding, yet they approach each task with a smile, providing not just care but also companionship and emotional support. Today, all the exceptional CNAs were honored with a special celebration luncheon. The occasion featured an array of delicious Subway subs, an assortment of chips, and a beautifully decorated cake. Just returned from an amazing LMN event with our valued customers! It's moments like these that make me even more grateful for the work that I do. Spending time with people who make my soul smile is truly special. During the event, we tackled some tough topics, including the importance of a personal mission for everyone in a company. It's crucial for individuals to have their own purpose clear before "aligning" with the company mission statement. As I've grown as a leader and as a person, I've come to realize that a company mission should serve both the customers and the people who form the company. Employees need to see how the company mission serves them too. When employees choose great companies with a mission that aligns with their values, they are more likely to reach their personal goals. Therefore, individuals must have a mission and goals in place personally to make a good decision about where to work, why, and if we expect them to be highly motivated to achieve the company mission, we need them to understand that success in business is used to provide the fuel needed for them to achieve their personal goals. Expecting an entire team to align with a company mission before having clarity themselves may not be healthy for the company or the individual. Let's focus on serving our customers and employees by understanding their personal missions and goals. #missionstatement #peoplefirst #mastermind
