Our new favorite belt, our Honey 10 Staggered Saw belt, is being worked by our new favorite fabricator (just don't tell the other guys/gal 😉). After Sean cuts the belt to length, he removes two rows of the staggered saw profile to allow room for the alligator staple lacing. He then tacks down the alligator staple lacing before using the pneumatic staple tool to hammer them in securely. 💡Sean's tip of the week is to use a piece of the alligator staple lacing as a guide to line up the lacing and ensure it's tight up against the belt when tacking them down. #conveyor #conveyors #conveyorbelt #conveyorbelts #conveyorsystem #conveyorsystems #conveyorsolutions #bandastransportadoras #beltingmadeeasy
