Today, the Pan-Mass Challenge surpassed $28 million raised so far this year, bringing our fundraising total since 1980 to $1 billion for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. PMC Founder and Executive Director, Billy Starr, wrote a letter to the PMC community to congratulate everyone who has been part of this extraordinary achievement. Now that the PMC has raised $1 billion, Billy wrote that "it is on to the second billion to be accentuated by a record goal and gift (I hope) of $75 million for 2024."
