The Conference "Antitrust between European Law and National Law", now in its sixteenth edition, was inaugurated in 1992, following the entry into force of the Italian antitrust legislation. The current issues addressed and the highly qualified speakers made the Conference a point of reference for the antitrust community, being recognized as the most important international conference on antitrust in Italy. With an average of 250 participants per year, coming from Europe and beyond, the Treviso Antitrust Conference covers extremely topical issues and at the heart of the current antitrust debate. 👏 We proudly mark the success of the first 𝗜𝗕𝗔 𝗖𝗘𝗘 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 held in Bucharest last week, gladly co-hosted by NNDKP!   The conference brought together in one place leading professionals from the region, creating the ideal discussion framework for a valuable exchange of ideas related to the future of law firms.   Ruxandra Maria Bologa pointed out a couple of important key aspects related to a good IT investment decision within a law firm, including:   ◾️ adequately identifying the internal need for an IT product implementation to improve and simplify processes; ◾️ the close collaboration between lawyers and the firm`s IT department as key for identifying the proper solution; ◾️ a long-term commitment to the implementation and use of a new IT solution; ◾️ internal advertising of the product and appropriate training for employees to use it.   #IBA #IBAevent #LawFirmManagement #LawFirmOfTheFuture #CEE #LegalManagement

I have always found the Chambers and Partners accolades to be the most relevant, at least in my field. They are consistent and usually reflect faithfully the reality of the legal market.
