EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE TRENDS (AND WHAT HR LEADERS CAN DO TO IMPROVE) I thought this was a great read over the weekend, the Qualtrix 2024 Employee Experience report (link in comments, feast your eyes). Key takeaways for CHROs and HRDs: 🔸 Link EX to organisational growth, and show how improving EX leads to improved business outcomes 🔸 Link EX with CX - foster cross functional relationships and treat employees (current and future) like customers 🔸 Ensure new hires are almost "overwhelmed" by the internal development opportunities 🔸 Tweak your EX initiatives to accomodate hybrid working 🔸 Measure EX - after all, it has a direct impact on engagement and retention 🔸 Empower employees to have the autonomy to improve the way they work, reducing burnout and increasing engagement Interestingly, according to the report the UK has the lowest intention to stay in role on a global basis, although it has increased by 3% on last year.
