Although we posted this conversation on #CXFiles with Andreas Helland with the main focus on delivering CX to the Nordics from Spain, there is also a very interesting conversation about how people working in contact centres should be treated. If you build a corporate culture that welcomes people into the team and gives them a pathway to improvement then they will naturally do a better job and if they are on customer calls then this will be noticed as a better customer experience. Treat people as replaceable and temporary then all they are ever going to do is watch the clock during a shift...
