How many times do we take part in collaborations and not share the outcomes or ask others to hold us accountable for timely results? As our Chamber rolls out our "Pillars of Progress" and three new initiatives focused on DEI, workforce development and business advocacy in 2024, we must be held accountable. We intend to share out information through newsletters and social media, along with more direct communications to our businesses. We're striving to ensure a diverse group of leaders are part of all these collaborative networks to share out to their spheres of influence. The goal is that we're held accountable to ensure we remain results oriented and move the needle for the businesses and community we serve.
