Happy National Cocktail Day! To celebrate we're sharing our favorite marketing-inspired concoction, the "Social Sipper." Give it a try and let us know what you think. Cheers! 🍹 Ingredients: - 2 oz. vodka - 1 oz. peach schnapps - 1 oz. cranberry juice - 1/2 oz. lime juice - 1/2 oz. simple syrup - Splash of club soda - Lime wedge and peach slice for garnish Instructions: - Fill a shaker with ice. - Add vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. - Shake well until chilled. - Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. - Top with a splash of club soda. - Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of peach. - Enjoy!

What if the future of taps in pubs wasn't MORE beer? 🍻 Okay, first things first, I love me a beer. I will often find myself craving a (two-thirds) pint of beer. But there's also plenty of times I fancy something else. Often once I've quenched my beer thirst too. Why then, when I look to the taps for inspiration do I find more beer? More pints? Yep, I hear you. There's loads of different beers. I know. But they're still, beer. They're still big old drinks of beery beer. What if the future of the beer occasion was in fact, not beer? How about some more not-beer options on tap? Drinks that fit the mould of that specific occasion though, this is key. Bubbly, super refreshing and something that best served from the tap. It can't be a 'yeah-it's-not-quite-as-good-from-the-tap-but-it's-on-the-tap-so-you-can-forgive-some-quality-loss' situation. What Is a Tom Collins? Tom Collins is not named after a real person. Though the recipe likely originated in London, the cocktail's name probably comes from a practical joke that took New York and Philadelphia by storm in the 1870s. It's Sharp and summery, the classic Tom Collins is full of tangy citrus flavor and depth. You’ll need gin (what ever you like I prefer dry London gin ) , simple syrup, lemon juice fresh squeesd, club soda (or soda water), and sugar. How to make it ? 1. Fill a glass with ice and place the glass in the freezer. 2. Combine the gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard. 3. Strain the drink into the chilled glass, top with club soda, and garnish the drink with a lemon slice or wedge. Some people like to add a maraschino cherry, but it's not required at all . #london #liketomColinsfourseasonssharm

Felene Cranberry Pear Fizz Ingredients: * 1 ½ oz cranberry-infused Felene Vodka * 1 oz pear liqueur * ½ oz lemon juice * 2 oz sparkling wine * Rosemary sprig for garnish Instructions: 1.
