How did I make this? Let's explore!
I work for SNITCH and they were launching a new store in Vadodara, Gujarat. And it's a clothing brand so I thought it would be great to show so many figures with threads roaming here and there in the streets and at the end of the video all will be meeting in front of the store and text will appear "all threads lead to one fashion destination".
So then I started working on it.
1) I gave instructions to our guy in Vadodara, How to shoot and what clips I need. All angles and perspectives. After 1 day I got all the footage.
2) Then I tracked all videos using after effects. And created enough data to make the same camera moments from the videos.
3) I brought all tracked data to Blender and started modelling assets.
4) After finishing modelling. I made a skateboard animation for the man.
5) Then using constraints in the Blender I parent one leg bone to the skateboard and give it direction of moving.
6) After that using Blender particle simulation I generated hair on the body of human figures and when the result was good enough I baked the data.
7) same process I did for all the clips and rendered it using Blender's cycle render engine.
8) After rendering, I composited the whole scene in after effects.
That's how I made this video and the result was really good, People loved it.

2014 - Came back to my hometown (Kotkapura, Faridkot) after spending 15 years in metros like Chandigarh, Bombay, Ahmedabad & New Delhi, working with clients like Adidas, Sony Playstation, Set Max, HBO, Philips and Taj Hotels to name a few.
It was depressing. Felt like I was buried into the ground. But thankfully, I had the strength to work hard on my craft. Logo Design. And God blessed me with work.
I started off at dirt cheap prices, but slowly increased the prices… Abundant work came my way and I gave my best to every project - big or small.
2015 - Started helping clients with social media.
2016 - Started printing services. I wanted to do it all and be the king of advertising in Punjab. 😂
2017 - Stopped printing services to focus entirely on design. Also a few bad experiences discouraged me to persue it further.
2018 - Stopped social media as well, to focus entirely on logo design and branding. The fact is I was a one man army (nothing to be proud of) and couldn’t just do everything on my own. And my primary work of logo design suffered because of the sheer volume of social media work that had to be done for every client. Especially on the days of festivals, when everyone else was on a holiday, I would be making posts for clients.
2019 - Restarted social media on clients’ request (more like a demand) and built a small team of 3-4 designers. We worked for the best businesses around and made a name for better designing, creative ideation and timely delivery of error-free work.
2020 - Started getting clients from places like New Delhi, Bombay, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh. So you see, life comes to full circle.

2024 - My focus is on learning more about my work and sharpen my skills further, because perfection is a lifelong pursuit. I try to take up less work, so I can put my heart and soul in each individual project.
I spend a lot more time with nature and books and try to avoid the maddening speed at which the world seems to be moving.
And yes, I now realise that I wasn’t buried but planted. 🌱
