The Concorde was a groundbreaking supersonic commercial jet that revolutionized air travel. Despite its technological advancements and speed, the Concorde faced challenges such as noise, operating expenses, and limited profitability, leading to its retirement in 2003. We attended ICAO Trip Symposium organized by Civil Aviation and Aviation Administration Committees of Kazakhstan and International Civil Aviation Organization. During the Symposium new technologies have been introduced and experince by different entities have been shared. We had a speech about our plans to provide seamless journey at the new passenger terminal by using technology such as self check-in kiosks, bag dropp-off machines, e-passport. According to the latest ACI World - Airports Council International survey, 74% of the passengers with handbag want to reach their boarding gates from the entrance of the terminal in 30 minutes and 75% of the passengers are ready to share their biometric data in order to move in the terminal faster. We have the technology to implement these developments but decisons should be taken by governments to implement and higher level of cooperation among the government is needed.
