The Singapore Convention week is here, and it's taking the city by storm! From thought-provoking events of organisational splendour that Singapore musters so well, to catching up with colleagues from overseas over drinks and over Singapore's signature gastronomic delights, it's a kaleidoscope of experiences and an intellectual feast. Looking at the various posts here about the Convention week events and their takeaways, I thought I would highlight an event tomorrow. The event is different from all the other events. It is a discrete but intense Chatham house by Providence Law Asia LLC and Fieldfisher focused on the current challenges for Eurasian disputes work in the context of the recent geopolitical upheavals, with a select group of attendees taking part in the discussion as colleagues and professional friends, keeping anything discussed at the roundtable forever there. That is a different concept for legal events as the roundtable gathering does not seek publicity but rather, it offers a deep dive from the industry colleagues on the cutting edge legal and geopolitical issues to those who will be in attendance.
