But not as real people with names, titles, goals and challenges. But it's people who use, buy, and rely on your product. Embrace a human-centric approach in product management. What is a Product Manager anyway? The best Product Managers know what a great product looks like. They rally the team behind the product. They are a leader. They can pull information together to make decisions. They work well with the team. They are outstanding communicators. They understand the technology behind the product. They deeply understand the customer, the market, the data, and the business. Over the years, I have adapted this definition from #Inspired by Marty Cagan and the First Round Capital Review.
