It is quite unfortunate and sad that I have to put up a post (may be the first) on LinkedIn for this. However; This is regarding BeepKart and the horrible experience I have to bear with their services post buying a refurbished/used sports bike from them Yamaha R15. When the engine's overheating sensors were on post 2-3 km of ride I took it to their service centre all the way from Jakkur to Koramangala (Central Bengaluru) and its been 4 days that I haven't received my vehicle. The RM at Koramangala hub doesn't respond to your call - keep giving very lame excuses for not committing to the timeline and clearly makes out fool of the customer. Highly disappointed by this. I wish I should have read negative feedbacks of customers online before going for the purchase, but I trusted the Indian brand. Dear Mr. Abhishek Saraf, and Hemir Doshi I really would have admired your passion for running bee-kart post reading your interviews but this is experience is very disappointing specially when as a country we are trying to establish a world class branding for services. here are a few suggestions from me: 1. It doesn't take 4 days to find and change a heat-pump for Yamaha bikes, please don't give false commitment to clients about servicing, as this disturbs one's plans and schedules drastically. 2. Please ask your staff to stick to the timeline committed. 3. Since, BeepKart is available for servicing only in 3 hubs across Bangalore, at least for courtesy sake please provide an alternative vehicle to the customer travelling from 30 km away. and if you are planning to keep his vehicle for over 2 days. (Go to any brand service station they do that..) - adds to customer satisfaction. 4. Please have a feedback session with your customer complaints team - They keep whining about what's in the policy and what's not - I literally have to interrupt your customer service executive and tell him to take this feedback. They don't proactively take it. Thank you for your patience! I hope I'll get my bike today.. in case not - I am sorry but will have to keep the bike and initiate refund.
