In a week time Piotr Magnuszewski and Michalina Kułakowska will hold a session at the Project Management Institute Poland Chapter. The "better is the enemy of the good" syndrome can hinder change and transformation. Social simulations offer a solution by providing a practical experience of future scenarios, fostering awareness of the consequences of inaction. The workshop for the PMI will be divided into three parts. It will include a gameplay excerpt, an introduction to simulation tools, and case studies demonstrating the effectiveness of simulations in various change projects.
