Prawn Malai Curry, also known as "Chingri Malai Curry," is a popular and traditional Bengali dish made with prawns (or shrimp) cooked in a rich and creamy coconut milk-based curry. The term "Malai" refers to the use of cream, but in this dish, coconut milk provides the creamy texture. The key ingredients include prawns, coconut milk, onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric, and a mix of spices such as cumin, garam masala, and chili powder. The dish is typically cooked with mustard oil for an authentic Bengali flavor, and the prawns are simmered in the coconut milk-based gravy until they are tender. Prawn Malai Curry is usually served with steamed rice and is known for its mildly spiced yet flavorful and creamy taste. #CulinaryArts #FoodInnovation #ChefLife #Gastronomy #HealthyEating #FoodTrends #ChefSkills #CookingInspiration #FarmToTable #CulinaryExcellence

Pomelo is a vibrant and large citrus fruit. Loved by many for its juicy and mildly sweet flavour. Some prefer the delicate taste of the white variety, while others enjoy the slightly tangier, red version. This versatile fruit isn’t just delicious on its own, but can also be added to various dishes. In a salad, for example, where it pairs wonderfully with ingredients like shrimp, a touch of spicy chili pepper and fresh, aromatic herbs. A must try! https://lnkd.in/eEnJkimQ
