I am writing this post this morning, sitting in Aspire Consulting Ltd's new office. It's empty still. Quiet. Just taking a moment to reflect on a busy week for Aspire. A moment to breath after a busy week. If this last week had a theme it would be 'partnership'. This week we stood alongside a partner and jointly pitched a service designed to deliver a capability into a major UK manufacturer. We have also announced a Global ILS Symposium, that we are developing with our partners in Andromeda Systems Incorporated and Logistic Engineering Services Pty Ltd, to celebrate the impact that integrated support has made in the last 60 years (https://lnkd.in/ef_P9YzR). And, finally, just yesterday we announced the service that we are developing with our partners in The List where we're aiming to attract and prepare fresh talent for the Support industry (https://lnkd.in/eTyak4uP). If you're sitting there, reading this post and thinking that it's a bit of personal back-slapping or self-congratulation. You're right. We're very proud of the partnerships that we build and the outcomes that we create with our partners. So, what could we create together? #ils #integratedlogisticsupport #ips #integratedproductsupport #productsupportanalysis #psa #logisticsupportanalysis #lsa #partnerships #partnershipsuccess

How do you evaluate a good month? 🤔 For us, it’s not just about business. It’s about sharing our values, and reducing the number of incidents in the sector. This means changing minds and attitudes across the globe. 🌎 Starting from the top down is often the best place to influence company culture. ↘️ In June we ran an in-house Safety for Executives course for Alight whose commitment to embedding a zero incident and safety culture has really impressed us. 👍(And we're not easy to impress 😉) More on Alight to follow soon. Industry events are another great platform to reach stakeholders and to gain influence. Also in June, ARMSA Director Khalida Suleymanova was a guest speaker in the Innovation Theatre supported by our fantastic CTO James Akrigg So successful was Khalida’s talk, we are still following up with some of the audience. As Nita Amabani says “Education is all about igniting young minds and enabling them to attain their fullest potential.” With this in mind, we partnered with a fantastic young team at WYK Digital who last month ran a digital marketing campaign for ARMSA programmes. We hope that not only did the team impress us greatly with their knowledge, presentation skills and results, but we hope that, in turn, we impressed upon them the critical nature of our work. A bright young schoolleaver also joined the ARMSA team visiting clients in APAC this month and we’ll be sharing his findings with you all very soon. 👀 Inspiring young people to achieve their potential and work safely in the sector is core to our values. So when we take a look back at June, we’re proud. 🤗 Innovate UK #juneinreview #monthreview #youngpeople #values

[Open to Work] Proven Head of Sales expertise in Finance, HR, and Payroll software. Skilled in driving revenue and building partnerships, helping businesses optimise sales operations to drive incremental sales growth.
Its been a long 2 days, but Ive learned 4 things… 1. Customers are incredibly underserved by many software vendors and are looking to change software, when some simple changes could save that cost and business disruption. Phase 3 can help the Client fix the problems and help the Vendor to retain a Client too. System healthcheck anyone? 2. Competitors came together over the last 2 days like Ive never seen before in our industry. CIPD FOW gives us all a reason to come together, share knowledge, collaborate and learn more from each other. We have more in common than we are brave enough to admit sometimes, its been awesome talking to many of you. 3. Technology is moving at a blistering pace like I have never known. Some “old guard” software houses better watch out, because some of the newer players are truly disrupting and aren't stopping breaking boundaries and rules in a way that pushes the expectations of customers, partners and their competitors imaginations to the absolute limit and beyond too. I'm seeing an overdue seismic shift in the way businesses handle data, embrace AI and for the first time, truly seeming to connect with not just the decision makers, but end users and those on the front line more, who have deserved better for so long; finally the industry seems to be listening and Phase 3 can help Clients stay ahead of the curve and not get left behind. System selection services at Phase 3 can help Clients navigate this journey with confidence. 4. Food at exhibition halls is truly terrible and overpriced. Where are you on your HR technology journey? How can we help you get more from your system and enable you, your business and give your employees an overall better experience? I simply do not believe there's not 1 thing you'd change about your system to make it better, so share with me what you'd like to see and Ill tell you honestly if we can help. I'm off to soak my feet now, but Ill be ready for answering all the questions tomorrow! Its been a blast, Ive almost lost my voice but looking forward to tomorrows follow ups! #CIPDFOW #HRTECH #HRSOFTWARE

Are Sirus' employees happy at work? 🤷 Apparently, they are! 😀 At Sirus, we are committed to the well-being of our employees. That's why, every year, we participate in the survey of Happy at Work - an initiative from ChooseMyCompany - Avis Certifiés ESG 🌍. This survey allows employees to express themselves anonymously about their experiences in the company, concerning recognition, management, professional development and work environment. Sirus scored a beautiful 4.47 out of 5! 🎉 Compared to last year, our score went up 1%, which shows that we are trying our best to always prioritize our employees' interests. The aspects we excel at are our employees' trust in the management and the fact that their efforts are being recognized and encouraged. No organization is perfect though, there's always room for improvement. Thanks to the results of the survey, we now know which company aspects can be optimized even further. We'll keep this in mind when implementing some changes to increase our employees' satisfaction even more! 👍 Read all about our Happy at Work results via sirus.be/happyatwork #survey #happyatwork
