Spent yesterday teaching my son and his mates how to put up a garden fence. Now they are talking about doing it for others at the weekends. I really feel pushing practical apprenticeships can have such a positive impact on young adults.

A Registered Apprenticeships is an industry-driven, high quality career pathway. Providing the employee (apprentice) with on-the-job training, related instruction, and rewards for skills gained. The apprentice works alongside an experienced company mentor learning valuable legacy company knowledge. To be an apprentice, you must first be hired by a company for an open apprentice position.
