In 2023, women comprised 29.2% of STEM careers, meaning that in 4 years, that number only increased by 2.2%. This is not to be negative but to bring awareness of how underrepresented women are in STEM. As we recognize International Women's Day, let's also acknowledge our women in STEM and how many have paved the way for someone like me to be in the field to make a difference in the lives of others. To all the women in STEM, let's work to positively influence the young women wanting to enter the field and increase the numbers! #InternationalWomensDay #WomenInSTEM #STEM #Sitero
