This past month we've been busy with many signing days for our new Apprentices and Youth Apprentices! Welcoming eleven new team members to Findorff has been an honor, and we are thrilled to watch them grow, as they receive on the job training at various projects - specifically learning from others of what a career in the trades entails! Congratulations to Cameron, Alex, Carsen, Dominic, Felix, Juan, Ayden, Ava, Job, Nelson, and Julian! This is a uniquely fantastic idea -- they do the signing ceremony similar to the way high school athletes sign letters of intent with colleges and universities. School officials and families are present to enjoy the ceremony as well. Hopefully other companies will emulate the Findorff example! 🔨
