Celebrating International Moon Day in North East Nigeria! 🇳🇬 I am very happy to share that we had a successful event in the North East geopolitical zone, in celebration of the International Moon Day! The event was a wonderful opportunity to inspire young minds in Adamawa State, and educate them about space (lunar) exploration. I was particularly thrilled to see the enthusiasm and excitement among the students. The students' eagerness to learn, and their brilliant question and answers were truly impressive! A big thank you to the sponsors and volunteers who made this event possible and memorable! Particularly, to: - Phemotron Systems, for sponsoring the event in selected states across all six geopolitical zones in Nigeria, including the North East geopolitical zone! Thank you, Phemotron Systems! Thank you, Dr. Femi Ishola (Ph.D., R.Engr.)! - Lynda Nnaji, for her generous contribution of Nestlé Milo drinks for the students and teachers. Lynda's kind support added a refreshing touch to the event, and played a significant role in making the event a memorable and enjoyable experience for all. Thank you, Lynda! - Chisom Judith Nwatu, AICMC, I couldn't have asked for a better partner for the event, thank you for all your support Som! A big thank you also to: - Redeemer's International Secondary School, Jimeta-Yola, for giving us the approval to speak to the students; - The school teachers who not only assisted us in setting up and packing up after the event, but were also present during the learning session. To everyone else who supported us in one way or the other, your incredible support was really invaluable in helping us reach and inspire the next generation of space enthusiasts and kids in STEM. Thank you so much! Ad Luna!
