One of the reasons measuring the social impact of events is such a tough nut to crack is that the impacts differ from event to event. The Ocean Lovers Festival in Sydney is about changing people's habits to positively impact our oceans. This coming weekend, the Cobargo Folk Festival on the far south coast of NSW will clock up its 28th year of delivering for its audience and community.
