The 3 words above encapsulate the B Corp ethos. Katie Nuttall 🐙from Majestical | B Corp™ had assembled a super panel from manufacturing and service backgrounds and took the lead in guiding and opening the discussions. The panellists: Joe Onions from Sherrington Associates - Recruitment, Paul Hornby from Foilco - Manufacturing, Laura Keay Fine Bedding Company - Manufacturing, Steph Woodhouse from Emma Bridgewater - Manufacturing. For me as a B Corp newbie and perhaps for others in the room having the panellists talk about their journey, the wins, the challenges and the impact on their respective businesses brought it to life Great questions came from the audience, about supply chain, the time & resource involved and impact. It is undoubtedly quite a commitment to become B Corp certified, however as business leaders, employees and good citizens of the planet there are thing we can do now. Treating each other with kindness, thinking how we use energy & where savings might be made and treating the planet with the respect it deserves.
