Hey AE's, from one seller to another: are you burning out? Like your performance has hit a wall? Here's the problem and the fix:
*The Problem*
We are conditioned to believe that more calls, emails and demos will create more deals.
But that road just leads to small deals that take way too much effort, frustration and burn out.
It’s like trying to run a 50 yard dash while knee-deep in mud.
Exhausted, you will not only NOT break any records, you might not even reach the finish line.
That right there is being stuck in the land of run-rate sales.
*The Fix*
Elevate your sights to the top of the mountain, above the clouds.
Start engaging senior customer stakeholders in serious business conversations, not worker bees on the shop floor hammering you for discounts on a $30k deal.

3moAt a previous company, I initiated virtual bundles with lamps. Initially, you need at least two distinct items for a bundle. Fortunately, we had a popular figurine that complemented our table lamps well. I created a bundle with two table lamps and included the inexpensive figurine. I monitored single orders containing two table lamps and the figurine. Over time, the table lamp listing began to show the table lamp and figurine as frequently bought together. Is there software available that specifically tracks virtual bundle sales?
