MYER one is an integral part of the Company’s performance to date - driving more than 76% of our sales - and we are delighted that the Program has been recognised on a global scale being named: Best Long-Term Loyalty Program globally, for the Best Use of Customer Data/Analytics, and as International Loyalty Program of the Year (for the APAC region). We were truly humbled to be included amongst some of the best loyalty programs in the world and congratulate all winners and finalists. We also congratulate Rob Pope, Myer’s GM Customer, who was recognised at the event as one of the top 30 global leaders in loyalty under 40. This is in addition to recent wins including Power Retail’s ‘Best Email Marketing’ Award and at the recent APAC Loyalty Award’s for ‘Best Use of AI in Loyalty’.

Despite providing the correct information that matches the order details and order number, your team has not given me any information, citing that I have "failed the verification questions." I received a generic message with no effort to address my individual situation. No one has offered assistance or alternative verification questions. Could you please help me get the information I need?
