Something stinks... And it's probably your intake process. If you're like many lawyers out there, you treat intake as an afterthought.  Perhaps you think because you've already closed the deal, the only work left to do is win the case.... WRONG.  Your client relationship started before the first discovery call and has the potential to extend beyond this case and into the future for repeat business. But not if you drop the ball. When you fumble your intake, you fail to instill confidence and relief in your client and land your law firm in uncertain water.
