A thrilling moment for me and the entire MyOme team. For the first time ever, a clinical whole genome (sequenced to a depth of 30x) is available to anyone for under $500 (www.myome.com). It comes with: 1. Independent physician review and order placement 2. At home easy sample collection (complete kit sent to your home) 3. Reports that are reviewed and signed by a certified laboratory director as part of our CLIA workflow 4. An independent clinical summary that is helpful to you and that you can hand to your healthcare provider 5. Complimentary genetic counseling if you want it All of this for $499. But there's more: The MyOme Personal Genome Platform (MPG) will continuously increase content. From the first two reports you will receive--a proactive screen and a pharmacogenomics report--to our upcoming polygenic risk score (PRS) reports for coronary artery disease (CAD) and breast cancer. These are best in class algorithms that have been published and presented (and won awards!). We will then be adding other therapeutic areas: type 2 diabetes, other cancers, eye health, mental health, etc. Being part of the platform--and having your whole genome sequenced--means you can easily avail yourself to these additional reports when available. No needed new sample collection. No long wait times for results. And soon, we will be rolling out the MPG membership program where you get access to on-going genetic counseling, discounts on future reports and automatic upgrades to reports you already have. "Longevica mice study-1" One of the best compounds in our study showed ☄ 16% of (Median) Life Extension. But its uniqueness is that it radically eliminated early mortality. When 50% (!!!) of the mice in the control had already died, 🔥 not a single one died in it!! This is a BOW (kind of onion). Very poisonous. It has long been known in medicine, Pythagoras also used it. It clearly involves a #hormesis effect. It is also a #senolytic. So why and HOW he defeated early mortality - we have no idea. Therefore, we are happy to look for collaborators who have funds and interest in in-depth research of this unique substance. We are ready to license it (it's in our patent application) to #biotech companies or #BigPharma for the development of some fantastic #drug.
