As both designers and lead architects, we are proud to be part of the development of this #BuiltToRent housing development for Via Celere working with Arpada, marking the start of a new era of #UrbanLiving. The project located in Barajas, Spain, is regenerating and transforming the area by adding more green areas and retail spaces for the local neighbourhood and residents. The project comprises a total of 494 apartment units across four buildings which are four storeys in height with each including a penthouse and retail space facing the main street. As project designers and architects, we coordinated all disciplines, from preliminary stages to site supervision. This allowed us to maximize the original offer by increasing the number of housing units by almost 7-8%.  A key project challenge we overcame was the schedule – requiring us to consider four different projects as one.
