Efficacy and safety of recombinant ADAMTS13, administered as routine prophylaxis in patients with congenital TTP, were assessed in this phase 3, open-label, crossover trial. Conclusions were as follows: ADAMTS13 activity reached approximately 100% of normal levels, adverse events were generally mild or moderate in severity, and TTP events and manifestations were rare. https://lnkd.in/evhZXM4Q
