What are you in awe of! Give yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you. Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regimen of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe. There are miracles everywhere you look. A flower as it unfolds from a bud, the hummingbirds which can sustain flight while feeding, or an older person who struggles to walk daily yet somehow always arrives back safely at home. These are just examples of everyday occurrences that we take for granted and miss the wonderment of it all. How could your life change if you lived in awe of everything? If you show appreciation and gratitude for the little things that so many of us take for granted? I believe the change would be significant. Do five minutes each day for the next month, then see what happened to you. I am sure it will bring lots positive changes in your life. Contemplate the beauty and miracles in your world, and be happy each day of your life.

3 amazing lessons my CAT gave me before she went to the other world… Brave, my cat – independent, a little wild, and filled with more courage than most. Brave taught me things I didn’t even know I needed to learn until she was gone. Here are three lessons she left me with, ones I carry every day. 1. Happiness is within - Brave never needed anyone to tell her she was great. She’d curl up by herself, content as ever, teaching me that we can be whole and happy all on our own. 2. Keep moving - Whether it was a leaf, a toy, or just an invisible speck of dust, Brave was always on the prowl. She showed me that staying active – physically, mentally, emotionally – is the key to staying alive. 3. Have fun – unapologetically. Brave didn’t care if I was watching or if anyone else approved; she played because it brought her joy. And whether someone’s there to join in or not, life is too short not to enjoy it. Brave may have been a small part of my life, but her lessons are here to stay. Here’s to being enough for ourselves, keeping a little wild in our hearts, and living every day just as Brave did 🐱 #lifelessons #inspiringwords

Grace “Grace? She passed away 30 years ago.” What we miss the most is grace. We are usually pretty slow to offer grace to ourselves. However, if we did —life would be easier —we would learn quicker —we would grow faster That is all because we would be more ready to let go of shame and guilt in exchange for realigning with our values and moving forward. We offer grace to others and frequently don’t offer it to ourselves. Let us choose the better way today. CTA: In what areas of your life can you receive grace and release other things that don’t serve you well?

Joy is a powerful state of being that opens us up to receiving abundance in all forms. When we cultivate a joyful heart, it creates an energy of gratitude, trust, and expectation that aligns us with the flow of provision and blessings. Believing in provision before it arrives—trusting that it will meet our needs—requires faith and an intentional choice to embrace joy, regardless of circumstances. It’s a reminder that joy isn’t a result of what we have; it’s the fertile ground from which abundance can grow. ✨🤍 Christine Canavan Hunt-
