The initial scheme has shown promising outcomes; however, according to the #HousingAct2004, selective licensing in #England is limited to five years. Consequently, the council is now evaluating a broader initiative that would not only revisit #Beeston and #Harehills but also extend to include areas of #Armley, #Holbeck, #Hunslet, #CrossGreen, and #EastEndPark. #Leeds is proactive in addressing the diverse housing needs of its population.
