We’ve been hitting it off in Milan at the Global Energy Transition Congress and Exhibition - the ultimate hotspot for anyone who wants to give a concrete response today for energy transition. And of course, we brought and presented our A-game portfolio of technologies to propel decarbonization. 🚀 As our CEO Alessandro Bernini said, technology is the only possible answer to act today and seize every opportunity that presents itself to propel forward energy transition. Here are the game-changing answers that came up in our panels: ➡️ NX SAF Bio™ - our solution for sustainable aviation fuels -represents the best available technology for small production of SAF, unlocking the opportunity of a sustainable aviation industry. ➡️STAMI Green Ammonia™ - our solution for futureproof carbon-free ammonia production- sets a new standard for the fertilizer production from nature’s elements and nitrogen from the air. Big thanks to our amazing speakers, Alberto Litta Modignani and Marco Bonvini, and everyone who slid into our stand to have a chit-chat. Until next time, keep it lit! 💬 To wrap up in style, we sparked up some wicked chats at our fresh NextChem Dialogues corner. In the coming weeks, you’ll be listening in! Stay tuned.

The Process4Sustainability cluster continues to grow! 📢 Introducing our new cluster members - Three questions to Felix Fischer, Reverion 👉 Why did your company join the cluster Process4Sustainability (P4S)? Reverion’s integration into the Process4Sustainability cluster aligns with our mission to fight climate change by accelerating the decarbonization of industrially intensive regions. Our commitment is to contribute and learn from this platform to enact change within sectors that historically contribute significantly to carbon emissions. 🌎 How does your company reduce greenhouse gas emissions? At Reverion, we are making carbon-negative power generation a reality. Our containerized power plants achieve record efficiencies of up to 80%, doubling the electricity production from biogas compared to state-of-the-art solutions. In the process, no off-gas is emitted, but instead pure CO2 is separated, allowing for negative CO2-emissions. Additionally, the reversible units can switch to gas generation (green H2 or renewable CH4) and thus enable long-term energy storage. 🎉 What excites you about the cluster P4S? The cluster P4S offers a collaborative environment that fosters innovation at the intersection of research and industry application. We are excited to collaborate with both established corporations and innovative startups while building on a strong research basis. This collaboration is crucial for developing and scaling technologies that have a substantial and measurable impact on sustainability in industrial applications. #thinkingindustrynew #cluster #climateaction #ClimatePositivePower #ClimateTech Provadis Hochschule

More survey results are in! The responses to my survey questions included as part of my Green Hydrogen Sustainability and Permitting Poster for the ACP conference are provided below. I will continue to build out my reach and response rate to my survey and as an effort to do so, I will be leaving the survey open, therefore if you want to participate and add your voice to the mix, access the survey here: https://lnkd.in/g9DV5myX Note: I have not altered any responses because these insights hopefully will spark some discussion from my network, only consolidated those that are similar. Question: What lessons have been learned from other industries regarding stakeholder involvement that apply to the green hydrogen industry? Top Responses: Properly educating the public and stakeholders about the benefits of the is technology, as well as addressing their concerns about safety, energy efficiency, etc. Renewables development has a lot of overlap Hydrogen drives the corrosion, electrochemical self-depletion, and catastrophic failure risk of all the systems I work on. Risk accumulates exponentially with the increase in the number of component interfaces in a system (i.e .wherever there is a joint between components in an assemblage of pipes, pumps, tanks, valves, etc.) Not involving local communities early or often enough, building in already impacted communities, not being transparent never helps. From my perspective, expanding education about how hydrogen systems can pair well with legacy infrastructure will help the industry gain support from stakeholders that are wary of the "new" application of the technology. Adopting principles for stakeholder engagement from the Just Transition Trade Union framework while expanding green hydrogen projects will provide a sense of security needed for stakeholder acceptance. What do you think?
