Isabella Serg is a perfect candidate. In 2022 a migrant became subject of legal bullying and harassment by a native Australian (legal harassment is when harassment doesn't include overtly racist words). After the migrant complaint to HR and asked for help, she approved a behavioural performance improvement for the migrant to teach a perfect lesson to this second class citizen which didn't know he has to take the harassment happily when it is from an Anglo Australian. She totally ruined his career and turned his life upside down and later won a race discrimination case in the court with an army of high paid lawyers. She is the definition of equality and equal opportunity in Australia.
