The West Cobar Metals Limited is developing itself to a #Scandium #Titanium #ilmenite story. I have always felt that the #amphibolite basement is significant in making the #WestCobar story different from the rest of the #REE sector. What is impressive is that the changing focus of #WC1 is very natural. The development of the flow chart at the concept stage looks viable. I have to agree that all concepts are viable so time will tell if this is a reality. It is the most significant event for the Karen Wellman-led Dynamic since it was spin-out of Jindalee Lithium a year ago to explore for #nickel and #gold. The binding agreement allows MinRes to purchase 40% of the lithium rights over the large Widgiemooltha project for $5 million cash, including $1 million of deferred payments. Cyprium Metals Limited (ASX: CYM) (OTC:CYPMF) executive chair Matthew Fifield is back in the Proactive studio to discuss a pivotal partnership with mining giant Glencore set to resurrect production at the #Niftycoppercomplex in Western Australia. The milestone collaboration, which includes a #cathodeofftake term sheet, aims to ensure transparent pricing and access to global markets, mitigating risks for Cyprium and allowing the company to focus on executing its #copper strategy. What’s more, Fifield explains the contract provides revenue certainty during Nifty's initial phases and includes provisions for accepting off-spec cathode materials at Glencore’s Townsville refinery. In addition, Cyprium has flagged it will enter a sulphuric acid supply agreement with Glencore. One significant feature of the partnership is a A$20 million prepayment/working capital facility on #copperproduction, pending final agreements.... The deadline for the 25 critical mineral blocks listed in the second and third rounds has been postponed from June 11 and June 28 to July 18. This decision follows the government’s move in March to scrap the auction process for 13 out of 20 blocks offered in the first round due to limited interest from potential investors. Canaccord Analyst Paul Howard INCREASES Tietto Minerals Ltd (ASX:TIE) price target to $0.80/sh (up from $0.75) following an update of Canaccord’s model to incorporate a new #gold price deck, reflecting lower costs and resulting in a larger cash balance. "Unwinding our AG risking, our valuation would be $𝟭.𝟬𝟬, all else being equal... $TIE remains subject to an off-market takeover offer by Zhaojin at $0.58.
