The draw, comprising two tranches, marks a significant milestone in Lumina's strategic financing and project development. The first tranche, totaling US$10 million, was disbursed six months after the initial draw in May 2023. Additionally, US$6.7 million from the draw is earmarked for specific pre-construction acquisition transactions. Earlier this year, Lumina completed a pre-feasibility study for Cangrejos, the largest primary gold deposit in Ecuador. COLUMBIA: BeMetals Secures £5.5 Million Private Placement with Lead Order from B2Gold Corp. BeMetals Corp. (TSXV: BMET, OTCQB: BMTLF, Frankfurt: 1OI.F) has announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 70 million units at £0.08 per unit, aiming to raise a total of £5.5 million. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant enabling the purchase of an additional share at £0.14 within a year of issuance. B2Gold Corp., a related party, is expected to subscribe for £1.1 million to maintain its approximate 19% shareholding in BeMetals. Company directors and officers will also participate in the offering. Loncor Gold Inc (TSX: LN) (OTCQX:LONCF) (FSE:LO51) shares rallied more than 15% on news that it has agreed to sell its non-core Makapela #gold property in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for C$13.5 million in cash.  The sale provides it with significant non-dilutive capital to advance its flagship Adumbi gold deposit, also in the DRC, Loncor said in a statement.   Under the agreement, Loncor will receive a series of progress payments beginning with a deposit of C$2 million. The balance will be paid upon completion of the transfer of title to Makapela, which is expected to occur before the end of February 2024. "Loncor has conducted a number of discussions with potential strategic partners over the last 18 months, many of which involved proposals that would have resulted in significant equity dilution," Loncor CEO John Barker said in a statement.
