North Carolina Department of Public Instruction’s Post

The Portrait of a Graduate performance task envisioned by Stokes County Schools’ Dr. Kimberly Thompson-Hairston and her team of fellow educators challenges students to explore how everyday human activity impacts the planet. Students are tasked with delivering a presentation to community stakeholders about solutions to these issues that could be implemented in their own community.    All of the performance tasks are available to NC educators on the NCDPI website at https://lnkd.in/exwf3V2h.
