High-grade mineral sands discovery at our Farrelly Mineral Sands Prospect in Victoria with thick, continuous zone of high-grade mineralisation defined over a ~1,200m x ~600m area. From 91 holes drilling, 33 holes contained intersections >10% THM, with 11 holes containing intersections >20% THM. Falcon Metals’ Managing Director Tim Markwell said: “The results at Farrelly are quite outstanding and define what appears to be a discovery of a continuous zone of high-grade heavy mineral sands over a sizable area, which remains open. While it is early days in our understanding of Farrelly, with more drilling and test work required, it is shaping up to become a significant mineral sands deposit, in proximity to other major deposits, but at far higher grades." Oriole Resources sees more good widths from Mbe trench work @OrioleResources #AIM #ORR. Oriole Resources PLC (AIM:ORR) said the latest trenching results from its Mbe prospect indicated more signs of gold mineralisation. Results were for from a further six trenches with results from trench MBT005 and partial results from MBT004, targeting a third, smaller, gold-in-soil anomaly 500m to the east of MB01-N, returning the best intersection of 7.00m at 0.60g/t gold. The remaining results for MBT004 and from the Phase 2 infill trenches are expected early in the next quarter and will help shape a maiden drilling programme. (TSX-V: FAN) Closes Acquisition of the Atlantis Nickel Project in Newfoundland The Atlantis Project covers a large ultramafic complex of potential mantle source, known as the St. Anthony Complex and White Hills Peridotite. The White Hills Peridotite and its underlying metamorphic rocks represent the basal portion of a partly eroded ophiolitic complex. The project consists of two ultramafic masses characterized by serpentinized peridotites, suggesting the potential for another large-scale ultramafic nickel system. Minimal historic work has been completed on the property, with notable assays reported by Cooper in 1937, including 54.05% Chromium (Cr2O3) at Long Pond and 0.37% Nickel at Southwest Direction Mountain. The Atlantis Project benefits from excellent infrastructure, with Highway 430 and power lines running through the property claims. The project is located in northern Newfoundland near St. Anthony, with an airport approximately 15 km away. Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (OTC:LBSR) (dba Liberty Star Minerals) revealed new geochemical results from its recent drilling campaign at the Hay Mountain property in Arizona. The initial hole, drilled to a depth of 1,500 feet, was positioned within a downfaulted block of limestone and encountered two zones of epithermal quartz veining. Results indicated that there is gold in the system at depth, Liberty Star told shareholders. Both intersections revealed gold values up to 8 parts per billion (ppb), the company explained. Plans are underway to deepen this hole and drill additional angled holes to further delineate the width and grade of the gold system at depth, according to a statement. Torque Metals Ltd (ASX:TOR) has completed extension drilling at its flagship #ParisGoldProject, southeast of Kalgoorlie on the gold-rich Boulder-Lefroy Fault Zone, and is planning a new phase of drilling. Assay results are imminent from the 10,000-metre reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling program which successfully extended mineralisation previously identified by Torque.  The geological findings suggest not only east-west mineralised structures but also north-south connectivity between previous discoveries Paris, Observation, HHH and Eva.
